In that role, Chris was responsible for all technology infrastructure, software development, and field technology support across all Kiewit operating geographies in Canada, the United States and Australia. For the past 7 years, Chris has served as the Vice President and CIO of Kiewit Technology Group, leading a technology organization of more than 600 professionals with responsibility for all technology planning, deployment and support across the Kiewit enterprise, leveraging more than 25 years of experience delivering differentiated technology solutions to large Fortune 500/1000 enterprises. Chris received a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in Omaha, NE.

Surabhi Pokhriyal is the Chief Digital Growth Officer at Church & Dwight. Church & Dwight is home to iconic brands like Arm & Hammer, Waterpik, Trojan, Hero and Therabreath. Surabhi heads digital transformation, P&L across eCommerce, oversees digital strategy, media and measurement as part of the CEO’s Executive Leadership team. As a growth oriented and challenger mindset leader, she has led the charters on digital agility and commerce acceleration for several Fortune 500 companies like Colgate Palmolive, J&J, PepsiCo, Kimberly Clark, Estee’ Lauder and Coty. Surabhi is a board member on MMA Global, Advisory Council Member for Instacart, and is the Co-Founder of Executive Women in eCommerce (EVE). She is purposeful about doing good for business and good for the community, with an intentional focus on lifting diverse and underrepresented minorities.
Chuck Reynolds

Chuck Reynolds is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K.’s Boston office and a member of the Digital Practice. He has extensive experience in digital strategy across various areas, including digital commerce, customer engagement, agile, direct-to-consumer, data, and the application of AI/ML, with a particular expertise in digital strategies that enhance growth and profitability through customer engagement.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Chuck worked at Deloitte Digital where he advised companies on crafting digital solutions for omni-channel customer engagement. Chuck holds an MS in information systems management form Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in applied computing from Allegheny College.
Darren Perry

Darren Perry is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K.’s Boston office and currently serves on the firm’s Global Board of Directors. He has more than 20 years of technology and strategy consulting experience, is a founding member of L.E.K.’s Technology practice and leads the firm’s service line for Digital Strategy. Darren advises clients across a wide range of industries and strategic issues, including growth strategy, M&A, digital investment prioritization, digital customer engagement & commerce, digital products & business models, and digital ways of working.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Darren worked for MicroStrategy, a leading provider of business intelligence, mobile software, and cloud-based services. He earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was a Digital Strategies Fellow, a BS in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and a BA with Honors in Physics from Colby College.
